Hello everyone, this is Jeff Smith one of USANA's first distributors, and I thought I'd send this message to you. This last weekend, I spent two days here in Salt Lake City, with Robert Allen, attending his self-improvement seminar. And this message, as I learned there, isn't for everyone. So, if you're not serious about building your business, go ahead and disregard it.

This weekend was spent as a fear-focusing weekend. That's really what it was all about. I don't want this message to scare any of you, but like I said, this message isn't for everyone, it's only for those people who really want to make a change in their business, and realize that some of the biggest changes that we need to face are the fears that are in ourselves.

I personally saw a lot of people stand up with tears just rolling down their faces really face some of the fears that are holding them back from succeeding. Here's one thing I realized. Do you realize the cost of what we don't do, and the opportunities that we will never have, unless we face some of those fears, which hold us back? Here's another point, as you know a lot of you will spend a little bit of money going to one of these seminars. If you realize the price it will cost you, and the years of non-productivity if you don't attend. Let me give you one simple reason why you should attend if you're serious and that is this: You know, I've been in this business since the very beginning. You know, a lot of people look at us as Diamonds, or 1-Stars, or 5-Stars, or whatever, as being extremely successful, and in your mind we are. But there's a lot of things we have to face ourselves, little changes we still can make, which have big improvement on not only ourselves, but how that impacts our business and how we teach other people. Let me give you one little example.

This last Friday I used one simple little technique that I hadn't used before. But, I used it. I got on a conference call with a Distributor of mine up in Montana, and they said, 'You know what, I'm having a hard time building this inside leg, there's nobody there.' I gave them the examples and said, 'Why not? You're losing money, why don't you sponsor somebody there?' He said, 'Well, I really don't have anybody.' I said, 'Well, pick a couple of names, I'm in a seminar, and call me back.' In about 10 minutes he called me back, and we were on the phone with someone who previously, two-weeks ago said that they weren't even interested. You know, I used one little technique that I'd never used before. And in that technique, guess what? We sponsored him with a Business Builder Pack, and their comments to me during this thing were, 'I'm ready! Can you take a credit card for this?' Here's the interesting thing! I didn't even talk about the business! Now, you might find that interesting, but what I found as a discovery for me, is that I didn't talk much about the business. I talked about the lifestyle they were sacrificing because they had fears. So anyway, you know what? That little technique right there, guess what? It put enough money in this individual's pocket that it paid for two of these seminars. So, that's one other point that I wanted to bring across. What will happen if you don't attend a seminar like this, which will change your life if you apply what you learn. Listen, I would recommend anyone attend one of these seminars if you're close to one, even if you're not. There are people who flew in from 1,200 miles away to attend one of these. So, it's very inexpensive for what you're going to gain out of it, if you'll just apply what you learn. Anyway, thanks, I hope everyone has a great day. Have a great weekend, and I wish you the best of luck!
