The following survey will help identify your basic nature and what you should be doing to achieve maximum satisfaction and productivity. Instructions

Mechanics: You have a 4, 3, 2 and a 1 to spend in each set. This means the item "most like you" gets a 4. Then give a 3 to the one next most like you, 2 points to the one next most like you and 1 point to the one least like you. This means:
  • If you can't decide between two items, do not write 4-2-2-2. Instead, let your instincts decide, so that you have one "4," one "3," one "2," and one "1." As in 4-1-3-2.
  • Do not give a "most like me" a 1, for 'first place'. Rather give it 4 points, so that the scoring will work.
